Custom vs. Standard Items
Our return policy varies depending on whether the item is a standard designer piece or a highly customized production.
Standard Designs
Standard pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition with tags attached.
Custom Requests
Items made through the custom request system are 1-of-1 and non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
The Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or does not match the specifications approved in the design preview, Arvexa offers a full refund or a free remake.
