1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Arvexa Marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform connects independent designers with customers for the purchase and customization of fashion items.
2. Designer Responsibilities
Designers are responsible for the authenticity of their uploaded designs. Arvexa maintains a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringement. All listed assets must be original or appropriately licensed.
3. Custom Requests
Custom production requests are contracts between the requester and the responding designer. Arvexa acts as an intermediary providing the escrow and communication platform.
4. Payments & Fees
All transactions are processed securely. Arvexa collects a standard service fee on each successful sale to maintain the infrastructure and design studio tools.
